2. Unsolicited commercial advertising over lightning

It seems inevitable that lightning addresses will be scraped and compiled and used to send unsolicited messages (with a payment attached).

What are your thoughts about this? How should it be managed? What are the benefits/downsides?

It's going to be tricky, if you set a minimum amount to receive will that lead to a need for a whitelist so people can contact you free?
