I've had your issue many times with windows installs and my go to fix is always nuke the drive and put Linux on it, then nuke that and put windows back on, works every damn time.

Memory, cpu or mobo might also be to blame.

You can just use lineageOS with no Google apps. Multiple phones for rotation is good too.

Having numerous browsers helps, which I do on my google phone. You know it's working when you get an ad for a supermarket in a surprising language which is no where near any of your vpn or real locations.
