Thank goodness! I’m so sore today! I can’t believe 10 minutes has wrecked me! I can walk for hours, hike all day, do yoga for ages… but 10 minutes with a kettlebell… ha ha ha obviously I need more weights in my life!

It always amazes me how yet another muscle I didn’t know I had is sore! I still need to pick up a kb one of these days, to try.
