Sucks bc I quit smoking cigarettes and then fell for the vapes, honestly quitting the vape has been 100x worse than cigarettes and I did that longer.
A bunch of my friends used vapes to quit smoking.
Some quit completely.
Others vape far more than they ever smoked.
It’s so much easier to vape inside anytime then go outside to smoke a cig

For me vaping has proved to be the most efficient way of quitting cigarettes.
I know it’s not exactly healthy, but it has reduced the damage I was doing to myself.
I agree, there was a time after quoting cigs where I did nothing, then I tried my friends vape lol

Same...been chain vaping for years. I've tried to quit a few times. I am probably going to give it another go within the next year or so. I must say though that vaping doesn't make me feel like shit like cigarettes did.

I loved my Camel menthols, just remember it’s two weeks of hell, then smooth sailing. They still smell really good to me, but with time I can smoke a good cigar and not feel the need to have more. You can do it!!

The vaping problem had gotten so bad in my town that the police department was prompted to search bathrooms and backpacks when I was just in middle school. Now, 85% of the student body at my highschool is thought to vape.

Before they had handheld vapes they got my generation with oxy. Just flooded the streets with it. Government and Big Pharma were 100% in on it. They knew they were killing people and it was addictive, it was a money maker.

Looking back on it, it’s insane how readily available and easy to get they were. Now that was a real epidemic, where was the 15 days to slow the spread there?
