Now there is doubt by some about the dominant theory that the hospital was hit by a (malfunctioning) Hamas rocket, difficult to judge all theories as a newsreader...

The "dominant theory" is only dominant among Israeli allies (no wonder).

On Arab world it's know since the First day who did it.

Not Hamas, but Islamic Jihad. There are something like 14 different militant groups in Palestine, and everybody calls them Hamas.

I don't have an opinion on this situation where the facts are disputed. Only on situations where both sides agree to the facts. Like all the other hospitals and healtcare centres that have been bombed, some warned ahead of time. Neither side disputes it. So why focus on this one? We all know that the rapist is arguing "self defense" when the woman being raped punches him.

I didn't know there were 14 groups! What's the source of this info?

I also like your approach of not arguing about things that are too disputed. We are too far away to know the truth

I don't recall where I heard the "14" number, so take that as low-value and possibly wrong.

I did hear from Osama Hamdan (a Hamas representative in Lebanon) via the link below that many of the people who flowed through the wall into Israel were not Hamas operatives, but other militants who took the opportunity once the path was opened, and they were not working under Hamas leadership, and that some of the killings were not condoned or ordered by Hamas (who still claims they only went after military personnel in line with UN rules of war).

Of course I have no idea what is true. I usually only accept something as a fact if both sides accept it.
