Sounds like a connectivity problem? I see that the profiles of those two people also didn't load so I would bet it's a connectivity issue -- maybe restart the app?

Restarting the app didn't help. What solved it for me was to connect to a different VPN server, a bit odd but I'm glad it's working now!
