If you legally die in the operating room and have to be brought back to life by doctors. Are you legally responsible for your debt?

I used to be a debt collector and from my understanding. When you die, someone just need to show death certificate and they will close off any account and do a "Bad Debt Write Off" unless there is an estate..
So technically if your legally dead from a operation, you should be entitled to a death certificate, same way someone is entitled to birth certificate. 🤔 you wouldn't take away a birth certificate from someone if they die.. I can't imagine you would take away a death certificate if someone came back to life...
