Ever since work from home is implemented. I've been indoor too much, lately I got sick easily unlike before. I've been visiting doctor so many time and taking too many antibiotics and vitamins pills. Im tired of it

In the past 3 days I started to do morning and evening walk for an hour, sauna for 20 minutes, and light excercise for 10 minute. Im starting to feel better now, still coughing a bit sometimes but its become a more rare occurrence.

Lesson learned, less medicine, more excercise.
