The #nostr vibe feels today in relation to Twitter, just like Twitter in 2016 felt like in relation to Reddit r/bitcoin.
I feel like if you really pay attention, you can sense where the real conversation goes. I wonder what will come of the #nostr vibes in 7 years? Do we carve out another new community after the masses “normalize” it? 🤔

The day you need to include a #bitcoin hashtag to get bitcoin news on nostr is the day privacy, decentralization, and free speech won. I'll be happy if that ever happens

Nostr will be fucking huge. If there's a real choice between sheparded UX with restrictions and unrestricted UX without any performance tradeoffs etc. then I think the majority of people will choose the latter.
