The body exists to contain and limit our consciousness and give it order. For without it, there would be no center of reference. Without a body, without matter, optionality and freedom would be too grand. As in Bitcoin, the limits on blocksize and supply are a necessary part of its design. We also choose to drive on one side of the road because it makes sense to limit our freedom in this construct.

I experience my body only as my own, when I experience the world through it.

While I cannot de facto prove that my consciousness is affected by another consciousness, I do experience it.

When I am perceived by the other, I suddenly realise I exist in another's consciousness. I realise I am perceivable by others, but I can never perceive myself as the other perceives me. I am limited.

This philosophy is referred to #Solipsism which I’m sure you’re aware of, but for any who aren’t, it’s a fascinating concept, but if I may leave a caution: do not mistake your ego for solipsism.

We still have our roles to perform in “shared reality” after all… treat others with kindness, patience and empathy; hopefully it’s the way you would want to be treated, too.

Even if you can’t objectively “prove” anything but your own experience, being less egoistic will make your own experience much better. 💛

Woof, my reading comprehension is poor.

Your words aren’t encompassing ONLY solipsism, you’re actually oscillating between solipsist thoughts and universality. Keep doing the good work, friend. 🫡

Solipsism was a huge stumbling block for me in Philosophy 101.

I couldn't prove anything existed outside of my own consciousness.

In a roundabout way, solipsism is accurate.

Ah but "proving" is merely "a matter of matter". Heaven and earth (subjective + objective) are part of the same system.

Take mathematics for example. Amazing as it is, it does not point to any absolute truth.

It is, however, something we can base our reality on because it is a verifiable tool of information, and helps us progress as a species in a remarkable way.

I'm an applied mathematician by degree. Proofs are my wheelhouse.

Math is the most pure study we have as it does not rely upon physical reality to be valid.

If the universe is "programmed", then the code it's written in is the math of frequency, waves, and vibrations.

As my research has shown time after time, solipsism is true...it's just that everything is contained within the one and only consciousness that exists: that of the One Infinite Creator.

What we perceive as "my" consciousness" or "your consciousness" is really just a "firewalled" stream of consciousness that feeds the One.

Like a peephole through door or an aperture through an old camera, we are essentially high tech apertures through which the One Infinite Creator is able to experience limited consciousness and all of the novelty, discovery, and creativity that accompany limited consciousness.

So, your mind, my mind, all physical matter, all non-physical dimensions...it's all part of the One Infinite Creator's mind, and in that roundabout way, solipsism is the truth.
