The U.S. should stop using so much drugs and the incentive to bring it to the U.S. will disappear. The supplier is not the problem, but the fact you keep buying from them will keep the business going.
Most cocaine is transported into the U.S. via Mexico via the road according America's own stats. Also the CIA is the biggest controller of drug flows in the world and likes to keep it that way to fund their covert land grabs and colour revolutions...
