It's sorta hard.

Looks like an orf. Do you have contact with sheep or goats ?

Had sheep like 4 years ago.

Probably not an orf then but it looks like one. I have had it before and they just go away in their own.

I'll save that as a last resort.

I'd try applying Chlorine Dioxide to see if that helps.
