Hell, I was on the wrong trail last night due to similar face structure with some antifa guy. With a fresh set of eyes this morning, it didn't take long to find recently pulled footage involving the local school district that just happened to have the guy ID'd by the FBI.

Matching Anti-Helix and double notch on the Helix of the ear.
