First time smoking a 5 lb #homegrown #beef brisket yesterday. It came out pretty dang delicious 🤤 I need to do a better job next time on removing the silver skin.

That looks delicious 🤤. I process my elk and deer every year, silver skin is a bitch I know! Planning to get a few steers on the property soon. As much as I like elk meat there's nothing quite like beef.
