Yo that looks frigid 🥶 I just started last week and so far enjoying it!
It’s great, I hate it every time! 🤣
I try to talk myself out of it, then eventually say stop being a lil bitch.
3min if the water temp is below 40* longer if warmer. Then it’s over and I feel great! Wakes you up, clears your head, and getting your body working hard to warm back up! 4-7 times per week for a year and a half now 🤙🏽
Awesome, strong work 💪🏼 I got 4 minutes at 39 the other day but only got 2 at 35 today 😂
