Trying to perfect steak in an air fryer. Obvs not as good but getting better. It’s too cold to have windows open for the smoke, and I set off the fire alarm every time with the cast iron pan. 10/10 for ease
Place the smoke detector inside the air fryer before cooking the steak on the cast iron.
