It does not give sats every time. Some days I get zero too. If you think that your account is broken ( like you don’t get sats for a week ) reach out to them via the app. They’re a small team so will take a few days to respond but they will respond and fix your issues. I’ve reached out a few times and they always have responded and fixed my issues.
