I've been having technical difficulties lately on fountain
Send the team an email thru the app. They are small team and will take a few days to get back to you but they will get to you. I’ve had a few issues over the journey and they have always resolved my issue.
I love fountain.fm but I've never lucked out like that 🤣🤣
I mainly get the earning sats message but my counter is stuck at 0 bug 😮💨😁
It does not give sats every time. Some days I get zero too. If you think that your account is broken ( like you don’t get sats for a week ) reach out to them via the app. They’re a small team so will take a few days to respond but they will respond and fix your issues. I’ve reached out a few times and they always have responded and fixed my issues.
