I created a note in obsidian (can be done in any note app) that starts with cc and then all the npubs. I just copy/paste into text replacements

Damus will convert it to the standard nostr:npub standard, so you may just be able to paste it in as that. That's what I do when I paste in a ton of npubs to tag in a note.
