People in Quebec are disconnected from reality. The majority can only consume only local media because of language barrier. It feel like living in a dome full of propaganda.

The language barrier is a real thing and they keep adding laws to make sure other languages aren't used anywhere in work spaces. Hek we need to add French stickers the start and cancel buttons on the work microwave.

I get where the laws are coming from though. In Ontario, it irks me when I see signs just in another language. I was following a city busy and the ad was all in Chinese! Not a single word in English. 🤷

What’s specifically, these days?

Ukraine, Trump… there’s a lot of misinformation and people buy into that without doing any research. There’s a unique public discourse and that’s bad since we are too politically correct. There’s a minority trying to push another side of the debate but they are labeled as conspirationist.
