STRK is preferred share that pays $8/share and is also a perpetual call option on MSTR common stock

You can exchange 10 STRK for 1 MSTR, which at current prices it would make sense to convert when MSTR is over $823. While you wait you collect $8/share which is somewhere between 9-10% yield.

Get good upside and less downside.
