nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s does Damus connect to the Damus relay by default? If yes, maybe it's better to prevent it. I only run Tor relays, and I just noticed that when I opened Damus without Orbot turned on, it added and connected to the Damus relay for some reasons.
Discussion
Running orbit how long does it take to load your nostr feed?
Also doesn’t running orbit interfere with your vpn?
It shouldn’t, if it does it’s a bug. Anytime you update your relay list within damus it saves them as the bootstrap relays for next time.

Yeah that’s what should be. Someone should try to reproduce it as well so that there is actually a bug. Thanks
Ok looking at the code it does seem to always use it, but will promptly disconnect once you have your relay list.
We don’t even really need to do this anymore. We should be only connecting to the relays in the relays list in nostrdb. We should fix this nostr:npub1zafcms4xya5ap9zr7xxr0jlrtrattwlesytn2s42030lzu0dwlzqpd26k5
