And they lie. Without any thought at all. They will spout any company slogan even if it’s literally retarded & easily disproven.

I hate that part of business.

Being truthful is sometimes not what’s best for promotions or $$.

You are right about that. They lie frequently. I can't believe I left that out. I told them it would be 12 weeks for a project back in mid January and now, 4 weeks later they're telling me the project is taking significantly longer than expected. 🤡😂

Yes. Document the shit out of everything. Lies lead to wasted time/work.

I learned long ago to document every single interaction with verifying email. Takes 2 minutes but goes something like “thanks for the time speaking about X today. You confirmed & agreed to Y. Agreed next steps are Z”.

CC: someone with real power if they aren’t it.
