It's pretty brutal having to deconstruct things you've been taught. But so much freer on the other side.
Absolutely. It can be a very unsettling and even vulnerable time. "How much do I need to unlearn?" Thankfully truth is internally consistent, so getting the first principles aligned eventually "trickles down" and--eventually--realigns everything else.
