Pick up The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. It’s like a textbook but will be the only thing you’ll need to read for health in future

Yeah but I don’t know why I wouldn’t just do it via the other forms of communication I already have. Spotify is definitely starting to atrophy, bad UI and not innovating on their core product anymore
