You are just going to sign a piece of content, relays cannot block this (offline) action, they can only validate the final sign against the content.

The "validation" you are referring to can only arise from the web of trust, or from a scheme where the user announces in advance the future npub(s) he will use if the current account get compromised. There are some proposals about this workflow but they are still a work in progress.

Is there a tool that allows you to easily re-sign certain events with a new key? Could be useful in case your key got compromised aka account transfer, among other things. #asknostr #devstr

I was a vegan for 10 years, now I eat anything and mostly do IIFYM style.

Training, I’m a big believer in the “squat every day philosophy” although I hate squatting so I squat 0 days but I do the practice that rest days are a psyops.

My best climbing days have always come after 7+ days of non-stop climbing at my limit.

Nice, I mainly stick to Paleo for the fact that I enjoy the majority of foods and macros it focuses on. I do incorporate grains though if it’s fermented.

Still figuring out training. Getting out of the mentality of needing to go to the gym. Looking to focus on more holistic fitness. Mobility, endurance, strength, etc

I recently fired my training coach (meal and training session planning) and hired an LLM to do the job.

Best trainer I’ve had thus far.

It definitely helps that I’ve probably read around 20 books on physical training for climbers and another ~20 books on sports nutrition, so I can direct the LLM with more precision.

But this is honestly absolutely mind blowing.
