That’s the beauty of no algorithm on Nostr for me. I get bored by Nostr regularly, I feel no mental stress in taking a break and coming back. Legacy social media doesn’t allow that

Oh it’s really unrealistic but I still love it. To me it’s how bureaucracy could look if done perfectly. It’ll never happen but I still love the personal ethos of seeking to better ourselves

I get what Jack is getting at but as many have pointed out. 2 & 4 are a luxury of the childless. I average 4-5 hours a night broken up in 3-4 stints.
One day we’ll get to a point where 2 & 4 are true but for most of my “productive” years I’ll be sacrificing those things for my children.
If you’re childless absolutely allow yourself these things, they’re a gift from God.
But for those of us with children or circumstances that make 2 & 4 impossible remember we have been blessed in different ways
