My local farmers market has a green grocer but I don’t think they source locally which is a shame. We have our subscription box with a company that source as much as possible from the UK and it’s 100% organic which is much better than the supermarkets here
Meat, eggs and mushrooms are 3 of my go tos at the farmers market. Would get fruit and veg as well. It were already on a veg box subscription

Lightning just knocked our electricity out. Lightning node rebooted by couldn’t connect to any of my channels on nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm hub. Squeaky bum time for a minute but a restart sorted things out 😅
Have you found a particular approach to eating has worked for you both? I find my digestion is better when I adopt a more paleo like approach
