Replying to Avatar phil

I buy most of my fresh food from the markets here now. It is generally a lot better quality than what the supermarkets sell and it supports the farmers directly. Some of the fruit and veg subscription boxes are a good option too.

My local farmers market has a green grocer but I don’t think they source locally which is a shame. We have our subscription box with a company that source as much as possible from the UK and it’s 100% organic which is much better than the supermarkets here
