I was a vegan for 10 years, now I eat anything and mostly do IIFYM style.

Training, I’m a big believer in the “squat every day philosophy” although I hate squatting so I squat 0 days but I do the practice that rest days are a psyops.

My best climbing days have always come after 7+ days of non-stop climbing at my limit.

Nice, I mainly stick to Paleo for the fact that I enjoy the majority of foods and macros it focuses on. I do incorporate grains though if it’s fermented.

Still figuring out training. Getting out of the mentality of needing to go to the gym. Looking to focus on more holistic fitness. Mobility, endurance, strength, etc
