Recently it was my birthday (again!), and my sat stacking daughter (middle one) who is more precious than rubies had decided to paint a picture for me. This is it!

We used to spend a week in September going to Outer Banks and our many fond memories there sparked a desire to have a special painting created that brought that into our home so we could be reminded of the many trips over the years and how special that place was/still is to us. Anyway, words cannot express the joy and memories this gift brings.

Anyway this daughter is wise beyond her years and this is one of the reasons I speak often of the blessings of children. It has taken several decades to reach this point.
