I am like so sore still from two days ago of full body weight lifting training session and find it hard to motivate myself to jump into another session yet. Lol.

I eat a ton of meat. I am carnivore. Currently sipping on fresh batch of bone broth and adding some collagen to my cup too. Lol. Maybe I have too much protein 🤔
Maybe not too much but you need other things as well
