Hola #nostr exercise buffs, will you please give me your hot bod exercise tips... What's the best exercise routine schedule? Everyday? Every other day? Every other two days?

I am like so sore still from two days ago of full body weight lifting training session and find it hard to motivate myself to jump into another session yet. Lol.

Abs everyday (min 10 mins on lazy days) standing ab exercises on leg days and traditional ab workouts on upper body days. Jumps every day. Cardio as a warm-up and sauna as a cool down πŸ˜‚ 30 sec, 45 sec, 60 sec interval planks 2-3 times per week holding till fail at least once!

The key is to have fun while you’re doing whatever you do and the motivation will come.

Girl you sound like you have a eal hot bod! You know your routine. That's dedication.

Every other day. I do all body weight stuff and bicep curls along with running.

100 push ups every day until 100k. Just ask nostr:npub1atn7mlwt08erz4ap47gef92xfey65a4z9ed9vec53u5kc9v94pusl6h4x3

Nah. I want to lift weights. And can increase my push up capacity slowly like that but 100 is way up there for me rn.

i find that when i exercise to exhaustion helps cut down on sessions & with better results. 5 to 7x a month 4me allthebest!

So you find that less but harder core sessions does better for building muscle and getting toned?

i push until i can't & yes! i'm not the only one & will try to find some links for U

Cool. Awesome and thank you. I think I recently started watching a podcast that was probably going to address that but I passed after the super beefed guy started saying watching our for gmo or any of the crap people are freaking out about out there is not important.

1 thing i value is natural uv light Diyana, i wake up naturally with the animals/birds & greet the sun as part of me. luv ya & will reach out soon!

Creatine and more protein

I eat a ton of meat. I am carnivore. Currently sipping on fresh batch of bone broth and adding some collagen to my cup too. Lol. Maybe I have too much protein πŸ€”

Maybe not too much but you need other things as well

I've done the L.A. marathon twice, but I was 30 LB. heavier. I lost 30LB's by:

- Cutting carbs

- Walking

- Doing push-ups and pull-ups at a local park.

- Doing squats with a home made kettle bell.

It seems that I get a better workout on monkey bars than I do at the gym. This also saves sats.
