i find that when i exercise to exhaustion helps cut down on sessions & with better results. 5 to 7x a month 4me allthebest!

Cool. Awesome and thank you. I think I recently started watching a podcast that was probably going to address that but I passed after the super beefed guy started saying watching our for gmo or any of the crap people are freaking out about out there is not important.
