is it a weight vest maybe? ever heard of 'rucking'?

i cart a stack of 12 1L milk cartons in my backpack on a 6km walk every 4 days or so.

it's really good for burning calories and increasing back and leg strength.

Yeah of course. But you don’t carry those around “by random”. Do you?

if i was exercising and my main goal was just long distance walking, yes, i would wear one.

doing a bunch of upper body and core resistance with one on is a bonus.

I love rucking! I keep the vest in my backpack for moments like this and in my car I keep sandbags and water for carries
