The biggest mistake you can do when you’re sick is stay in bed all day.
Get that lymph flowing, sweat it out, go for a walk, get some fresh fruit juice.
People who stay bedridden in hospitals instead of engaging in light exercise have some of the worst outcomes.
We are meant to he mobile for hours a day, not sedentary for the majority of our waking hours

I would not “exert” self but light movement such as qi gong, foam rolling, and stretching. Maybe some
Shaking too in sun grounded 🙏 to vitality
