Does anyone know of a GitHub issues like project management tool that you can run locally or self host?
I don’t want complex PM tools.
No need to be integrated with Git.
No milestones, etc
No kanban and other trendy unproductive list things
Just issues.

Obsidian might be a look. Its not directly an issue tool, more general purpose
