Replying to Avatar rabble

I’m curious about reposts vs quote posts. I get tons more interactions when i do a quote post instead of just a repost. 

Are folks just not seeing the reposts or is the commentary provided with the quote post the critical thing? Is this a social or technology issue?

I get the same response - quote posts (notes) are much more effective than just reposts. Folks here seem to want to get a preview of what they’ll be reading or context which leads to better interactions.

But like in nos a repost shows you the content whereas quote post doesn’t. weird.

I was part of implementing repost/quote post for gossip and I can tell you it’s up to the developer how to display these.
