Not pay the bill.
If it's a Pilsner Urquell you thank them for an excellent pour and tip them well. If it's any other beer, you tell them they've made a mistake and ask for another pour.
You can tell from the foam in the picture that this is not Pilsner Urquell poured with the "milk" style.
As from a country with actual Pilsner from Pilsen this sent shiver down my spine. So called milk is supposed to be like a microfoam, not this cup of hard bubbles that ruin the taste.🤔 It will later meet somewhere in the middle, could be ordered as a small beer size I guess, but foaming it like this means they just don't know how to lower pressure in the tap. At least half of this should be poured out during filling the glass, sit for a while and be filled further.
When you're in Prague, enjoy some Pilsner.🫡
