I felt like I needed to take my health back, I was eating to much processed junk, especially at night. Embarrassingly fist full of chocolates were the usual, with 1-3 weekly trips to McDonald's 6 months ago. I have been cutting back but unable to resist temptation.

I avoid eating breakfast and try to not eat anything after 8pm. Missing bfast is easy for me. Its not eating after 8pm which i find the hardest and when i slip up, its usually with choc/carbs. Still fighting though.
