I know it's not very cypherpunk, but as with Linux in the early 2000s the enterprise space is where the sustainable revenue for Nostr-tech using startups can be found (though not branded as Nostr), and it can be a good idea to focus there.

There is non-grant funding to be had, if the pitch is framed right, particularly in light of Google's A2A, MCP, NLWeb and such. My feeling is now would be a great time to get pre-seed funding and deploy something in that space that can start brining in meaningful revenue on a 24 month timescale.

All the podcasts and such save as a personal reward for when that machine is whirring along. Just my two sats.
