Signs you're being manipulated:

Plant based, vaccinated, anti-CO2, anti-hydrocarbon fuels, pro-govt regulation, supportive of any war or any "foreign aid," pro-"universal" healthcare, pro-"universal" anything, pro-govt spending, opposed to certain people being interviewed, want "bad" ideas censored, obsessed with racism & sexism, feminist, believe the world is over populated, pro-drag queen story time for kids, opposed to kids & monogomy, pro Q or flat earth.

There are obvious & dominant narratives that institutions want to promote & also counter narratives they use to undermine credibility & consensus among those closer to the truth.
