Top notch!

After having worked in a bakery that makes about 2000 loaves or more per day, I can't figure out how bakeries that don't focus on bread make money. Cakes and pastries have a large overhead. It looks like she headed toward the high-end market with those skills!

It's true, lots of people eat bread everyday. Cake is for weddings and bdays. There's a market, but bread delivers on the regular.
