Tested it on Windows using python and had some problems with dependencies. Will keep on trying but seems a bit more tedious work :/

With docker(docker-compose) should work on any platform really, plain python works on linux and osx (I tested it), just make sure you are using a tag not master .cc #[2]

I haven't tried this but it may be possible to run it in a linux container with docker on Windows.
