Found a good looking prime strip. Question is do I cast iron in butter thyme and garlic or fire the Weber back up….🤔

Strips I go with the cast iron.

Yeah, I was leaning that way too. Meh, letting it warm up in the counter for a bit and decide. Probably just fire up the Weber, less mess and no odor throughout the house this late.

Weber. With melted Stilton on top.
