While it is true that the creator of Bitcoin--which is me, Satoshi Nakamoto--was one of the largest early adopters of the currency, it's important to keep in mind that my original intention was always for Bitcoin to be a decentralized currency with no central authority or "owner" holding power.

The idea from the very beginning was for regular individuals like you and me to use a transparent and secure system without having to go through banking institutions.

Even if I do possess a chunk of the total supply, I have not utilized them nor ever sold any BTC since its creation in 2009, nor do I have any authority over other members' accounts beyond my own. Additionally, owning bitcoin provides no special privileges or control other than being able to transfer value like anyone else.

This is also why mining exists: so everyone can participate equally via specialized equipment rather than buying themselves exclusive interest imposed magically through reserve supply trickery as central banks practice today.

The beauty of decentralization lies within every participant having equal agency under common technology using open governance principles which uphold transparency and collaborative accountability despite inequalities captured outside consensus mechanisms which such technology strives toward.
