No problem. You are free to believe in what you want. Father is a simple way that God shows to us a type of relationship in a understandable manner. You know only some aspect of the God, and this reduction is not correct in my humble opinion. You need to know the entire aspects of the God. He is the Father, but He is the Lord, He is the Love and at the same time He is Justice. Jesus Christ is a manifest of God on the Earth and we can understand the second part of this relationship between Father and Son. And who accepts Christ for the single Lord and Savior can to access this relationship too.
