Lot of human actions and intelligence are so much guided by fear and consequences of the actions that the humans take.

I have been playing around with #gpt3.5 and it doesn't seem to have these aspects.

As an engineer in this domain, I really wonder how that can be induced in these models? Or it would ever be the case.
