I probably get fast food lunch once a week or so. The health detriments for fast food are way overblown imo. No, you shouldn't eat it all the time, but if you are active and don't sit around all day and just consume in moderation, there's nothing wrong with a big Mac. I'm 31, 5'9" and 120lbs

I do agree with nostr:npub1zmc6qyqdfnllhnzzxr5wpepfpnzcf8q6m3jdveflmgruqvd3qa9sjv7f60 to a certain degree, though. A McDonalds breakfast isn't that unhealthy. And, he's right. As long as consumption is moderated, it's not too unhealthy. Body chemistry affects this significantly.

That is certainly true. Every individual should be aware of their own moderation limits.
