I have never been so convicted about the critical nature of nostr in our censorious digital world

But I have also realized it just might take a really long time for other cultures and communities to figure it out and join up

It’s similar to the massive gap between fiat and bitcoin. Most people still today at $100k don’t get it even if we all know it would be good for them. Too different, strange

My concern is the costs of running the entire network and how they are distributed. Maybe it’s cheap now but 1000x more expensive with 10x the number of users? I simply don’t know how resource use/cost will scale with users/time.

The realisation is that you could create the perfect world for people but unless it is thrust upon them either through force or pure desperation they will not choose to join it.
